Villa Girassol is located in the villa district of Fazenda da Caravela not far from the Alcantarilha train station. There are more villas for rent in this area if you are traveling with several families. There are toys available such as Duplo, Paymobil, etc. as well as all facilities for the little ones.

We are a Dutch couple who found their dream location in the middle of the Algarve in 2018. Our plan was to build a lovely single-storey bungalow with a holiday home for rental. Our dream has come true. Two fantastic villas on private grounds with stunning views, south-facing and in a location from which you can visit various water parks, golf courses, beaches and idyllic Portuguese towns within a few minutes by car.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
