This beautiful, modern villa in Albufeira is newly built and has stunning sea views and a heated swimming pool. The villa is located a short distance from the port of Albufeira (only 500 meters as the crow flies)
Accommodation: 8 people, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms
Ground floor: the villa has on the ground floor (pool level) a living room, a kitchen with built-in fridge and freezer, a Bora hob with internal extraction and access to the outdoor terrace with a double barbecue. (1 for meat and 1 for fish), a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00) and bathroom en-suite with access to the pool terrace, a bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00) and an ensuite bathroom with access to the pool terrace. A separate guest toilet.
On the first floor there are two more bedrooms. A bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00) with bathroom en-suite and a large walk-in closet, and a bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00) with a bathroom en-suite.
Downstairs: there is a very spacious garage to park several cars.
Outside: The garden around the villa is divided into different heights. To reach the ground floor of the villa it is necessary to take a flight of stairs, so therefore we do not recommend the villa for disabled people. The heated pool is sunken into the terrace and is 12 meters long and 3.5 meters wide. There are several sun loungers on the terrace and you can also enjoy the beautiful view of the sea from the terrace. On the other side of the villa, next to the kitchen there is another spacious terrace with an outdoor table and chairs, close to the barbecue. There are always shady pitches to be found.
