Nice villa, located in the center of the village of Albufeira, only 600 meters from the beach and nightlife. The interior of the villa is neat, but simple. Because all facilities are within walking distance, you don't need a car during your holiday!

Young people are NOT accepted in this villa.

Living-dining room with sofas, television and dining area for six people. Small kitchen, but equipped with all comforts. Microwave, oven, toaster, dishwasher and kettle available. The villa has wifi internet. Two twin bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. Bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower. An extra bed is available on request.
Garden: private swimming pool surrounded by a terrace with six sun loungers and garden furniture. Covered terrace with garden table and chairs, barbecue, parking space on site, the garden is fully fenced.

Please note:
- Groups of young people are not allowed.
- Groups of adults only agree after prior consultation with the landlord.

Flexible arrival:
Although the villa has a flexible arrival day, we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Always check with the team at Amarante Villas to make sure your desired dates are acceptable.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- Final cleaning
- Beds made on arrival
- Use of the internet
- 1 High chair and 1 baby cot (on request)

The rental price does not include (mandatory extras):
- Deposit surrender: €70 per week, non-refundable (damages covered up to €1,500 per booking).
- Booking fee: €35
- Tourist tax: € 98

Optional to book, on request:
- Extra cot: € 25 per week
- Extra high chair: € 25 per week
- Pool towels: €5 per towel per stay
