This beautiful villa is in an almost unrivalled position on the rocks above a beautiful beach (part of the larger Praia d' Oura Beach) where there is also a snack bar.

The villa is located close to Aqueda and Pilar (also in our offer) It is hard to believe that this villa is a short walk from Santa Eulália with its wide variety of restaurants and bars - while some of these are visible from parts of the garden, while the remaining departments enjoy complete privacy. The popular Areias de São João is also nearby, making this a good choice for groups, including teenagers. Many customers can hardly get enough of this idyllic picture. . The villa is super located, a 10-minute walk from Praia da Oura beach and Praia dos Bicos, yet a short distance from the vibrant nightlife of Albufeira. You will also find some of the best golf courses in the area. The villa is built on the rocks, giving you a beautiful view over the sea.

On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, both twin beds and with en-suite bathroom (these 2 bedrooms can be linked).
The large living room (with lots of glass) has fantastic views over the lush gardens, pool and sea. Next to the living room is a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The dining room has a door to the garden where you can enjoy a view over the private pool, relax in the jacuzzi or enjoy the barbecue.
A wooden staircase leads to the first floor. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, all with en suite shower rooms and one with bathtub. There is also a bedroom with two single beds and private bathroom. On the second floor there is a small office and there is a large balcony.
The villa also features a garage with space for two vehicles and a small games room with pool table.
