We completely renovated the house in the winter of 2025. New bathrooms, kitchen, furniture, flooring and this property is a 6 minute walk from the beach. Just 500 metres from Maria Luísa Beach, this resort features 6 outdoor swimming pools and a 9-hole golf course. There are 2 restaurants.
The wellness centre at Balaia Golf Village is equipped with a hot tub, Turkish bath and heated indoor pool. Guests can also enjoy massage treatments and aroma and hydrotherapy sessions.
All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a seating area with sofas. They also have a balcony or terrace. (with new air conditioning and heating for the winter visitors)
Guests can rent one of the Balaia's 4 tennis courts or rent a bike to explore Albufeira. Younger guests are sure to have fun at the playground or with the activities of the kids' club.
International cuisine is served in the main restaurant. The golf club's restaurant and the 2 poolside bars offer light meals and snacks. If you want to prepare your own meals, you can go to the supermarket of the Balaia Golf Village or to the nearby Intermarché.

There are a few open bars and restaurants (nice area and parking nearby)
b-Santa Eulalia (5 min by car), free parking and good access to the beach. GOLDEN TIP ..... Follow the path to your restaurant and enjoy the view ... Great lunches!
c - Olhos d'agua (eyes of the sea) 5 minutes by car
Parking lot is next to the beach but narrow so be careful. It is definitely worth it because it is a nice boulevard with shops and the beach is beautiful. Once you have parked, a nice walk and you can have a nice lunch, drink wine or dinner:
