Casa d'Agua
Close to d'Agua and within a few minutes walk of a nice beach, shops and some good restaurants. Casa d'Agua is a beautiful accommodation and is ideal for those who do not wish to rent a car. The villa has been cleverly designed, with the living room on the first floor and patio doors leading out to a terrace to make the most of the views over the treetops to the sea. Two of the bedrooms have doors to the garden and pool terrace and there are several trees providing welcome shade. There is a lovely beach just below the property, which can be reached by road or for the more adventurous holidaymaker, via a flight of stairs. As the villa has heating it is also a good choice for an early or late season holiday.

3 bedrooms with two single beds (1 with bathroom en-suite). 1 bathroom. First floor: living room with archway to dining room. Kitchen. Washroom.Since the photos were taken, a new building has been completed at the back of d'Agua. This building has slightly changed the view but there is still partial sea view.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Groups of adults only agree after prior consultation with the landlord.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Pool towels
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- Final cleaning
- Beds made on arrival
- Use of the internet
- 1 High chair and 1 baby cot (on request)
- Buggy available (on request)

The rental price does not include (mandatory extras):
- Damage insurance: €70 per week, non-refundable (damage covered up to €1,500 per booking)
- Tourist tax: €84
- Booking fee: €35
Optional to book, on request:
- Extra cot: € 25 per week
- Extra high chair: € 25 per week
- Pool heating: € 350 per week, not possible in the months of November, December, January, February and March
- Air conditioning: € 325 per week
- Winter heating with air conditioning: € 325 (mandatory in November, December, January and February)Guests who want to use the pool heating must request this at least 1 week before arrival.
