Bed linen and towels:
All beds are made with fresh linen on arrival. Spare blankets and pillows can be found in the wardrobes in the bedrooms. Please note that the towels provided are not intended for use at the pool or beach. It is strictly forbidden to hang towels, bed linen or clothing over the balcony railings.
For your convenience, there is a washing machine available in the kitchen and a drying rack in the bedroom, so you can wash towels, bed linen or clothes during your stay.
Waste, Recycling and BBQ:
Waste management:
Dispose of residual waste in the green containers at the parking lot of the Pine Sun Park resort.
Recycling containers (for glass, metal, paper) are located in front of the main entrance of the resort (10 meters towards the supermarket).
BBQ:
We all love a good BBQ during the holidays.
Clean the BBQ after each use. Plastic bags are available and are located under the BBQ.
If you do not want to personally clean the BBQ before departure, please let your hostess know so that cleaning can be arranged for you. The costs for cleaning the BBQ are EUR 50.00.
Pool Rules:
There are 2 swimming pools at the Pine Sun Park resort. Only official guests are allowed to use the swimming pools and you must always wear the mandatory wristband. The deposit for a wristband is EUR 100 each. In case of loss/theft, the costs will be deducted from your deposit.

Smoking policy:
This is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. Use the provided ashtrays and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed in the apartment, unless this has been expressly agreed in advance. Please contact us if you have any specific questions or needs regarding this policy.
Resort Rules:
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone:
• Absolute silence between 22:00 - 08:00.
• No parties or events are allowed in the apartment or resort.
• Keep shared spaces clean.
• Respect the property and neighbors.

• The host is not liable for injuries, accidents or illnesses that occur during your stay on the property.
