The apartment is on the ground floor and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the room there is a sofa which can be converted into a sofa bed so that 2 people can sleep here. The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people. The apartment is equipped with a well-equipped modern kitchen and has air conditioning. We have Dutch television. The swimming pool is about a 25-meter walk away and from the terrace you have a view of the playground.

We do not accept groups and no young people up to 25 years old. Also, no pets are allowed.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will no longer make use of the rented property, the tenant will still owe the full rent.

The park has 4 swimming pools and 2 restaurants. There is also a small bar at each pool where you can enjoy a delicious lunch and a drink. It is about a 1/2 hour walk from the old town of Albufeira. The beach is also located here. The park has a small supermarket with some basic necessities. There is also a playground.
