New on Micazu: Casa dos Limões a cozy typical Alentejo house in the picturesque village of São Luis in the beautiful unspoilt Alentejo, on the edge of the Costa Vincentina nature reserve on the Atlantic coast of Portugal.
Perfect for a beach holiday, cycling, walking, birdwatching, kayaking and surfing.
It is located 10 km from the most beautiful beaches in Portugal and from the mouth of the Mira River.
Casa dos Limões is located on the route of one of many hiking trails in this area.

The house is suitable for 4 adults or a family of 5 people.
There are 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a large double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds. The kitchen and utility room are fully equipped. There is a cozy living room with a fireplace and a dining room with a wood stove.
The patio is sunny and very sheltered with a dining table, lounge sofas and our pride and joy, the lemon tree.
The outdoor kitchen with a typical Portuguese BBQ is adjacent to the patio.

The house is located 600m from the village center, with cafes, restaurants, supermarket and market.
Espacio Nativa, a cooperative with an organic shop, a cafe and a lunch spot, is 200 meters away.

We are Joséphine and Saran, mother and daughter from Amsterdam. In September 2021, our dream, a house in Portugal, came true. Since then we have been renovating the house and, above all, enjoying it a lot. We are very proud of the result and would like to share it with others. Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
