Villa Hofseth - on the Vravatn lake

Villa Hofseth is located directly on Lake Vravatn and even has a private beach (see the description under additional information). This holiday home consists of two large, smartly connected houses. A separate 'living house' connected to a separate 'bedroom accommodation. This smart layout guarantees maximum peace and privacy for all guests. From the entrance you enter the living area that is characterized by the large windows. The living room has a 3-seater lounge sofa and 2 separate lounge chairs. In addition to the stand-alone fireplace, there are 2 more comfortable seats. The wooden floors and whitewashed walls make it a warm space that looks very warm even without the fireplace. From the living room you have a spatial experience through the high windows, with a beautiful view of Lake Vravatn and the mountains. All doors to the outside have a sliding hinged system to keep out any insects.

Upon entering the entrance there is a separate drying room where you can hang or put down your coats, shoes, ski equipment or hiking equipment. Here is also the luxury washing machine and dryer with ample capacity. There is also an extra toilet in the entrance. This entire space has underfloor heating.

The modern kitchen is in open connection with the living room, so these two separate rooms are actually experienced as 1 space. The kitchen is in a corner arrangement with a spacious and wide counter that can be used for cooking. The induction hob provides a safe cooking environment and all cooking utensils are present. There is a fridge-freezer combination with drawers in the freezer. There is also a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, oven and separate microwave. There is a kitchen table that can be extended to a capacity of 8 people.

Villa Hofseth has opted for a sleeping accommodation that is separate from the living house. This guarantees a good night's sleep for guests who want to go to bed, without experiencing sounds from other guests in the living room. The sleeping area consists of 2 floors with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor. In 3 bedrooms there are 2 beds of excellent quality with firm but very comfortable hotel mattresses. Each bed is equipped with a down comforter and pillow.

There are two bathrooms in the house. The bathroom on the first floor has in addition to the shower room with rain shower head also a bathtub. There are 2 sinks and a toilet. The second bathroom on the ground floor has a shower with rain shower head, double sinks, a toilet and a spacious sauna. From this bathroom there is direct access to the veranda with views over the lake and to the hot tub.

Villa Hofseth has a large veranda that meets all needs. The size, over the entire width of the house, provides a spacious dining table, a lounge set and an outdoor fireplace. There are also outside heaters on the wall of the house for the cooler evenings, so that you can still sit outside with a blanket over you. This outside heating gives you just that extra heat that you need. You can completely unwind with a view of the lake and the mountains and with the fireplace on. You can also enjoy the hot tub on the veranda. Hot water fired by wood fire in the tub gives you a real spa feeling when you sit in the hot water with a drink in your hand.
