This cozy house offers fantastic views of the forest and the valley with the lake from the sofa. Use of EV charger and firewood are offered free of charge.

The house is on the ground floor, barrier-free, has extra wide door frames and is wheelchair friendly. This has been taken into account throughout the house. From the parking lot to the front door, a gradual ascent has been made for easy access with wheelchair.

Dogs are allowed, so you can enjoy walking together in the area.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
