Province of Zeeland, Schouwen-Duiveland, Zonnemaire. On the outer edge of my organic farm, I have built 4 "outdoor rooms". Lovely cottages, pure nature. South-facing veranda, unobstructed panoramic view over the flat polder. On 50 m2 veranda, bed, simple cooking facilities, with shower, sink and toilet. Very suitable for 1 person but also perfect for 2 people.

All the emphasis is on PEACE & SPACE, with panoramic views of the setting sun, retreating, catching your breath, recharging your inner batteries without wifi and TV, having time to read or write your book. You step into an oasis of light, sustainably built, nice bed, not a holiday park or campsite. .. Relax to the max, retreat stay in nature
Zierikzee, Renesse, North Sea beach all within cycling distance but with the peace & space of the countryside.

- The silhouette of the village of Zonnemaire, unobstructed panoramic view over the flat polder. About 15 minutes walk from the Grevelingen, mini beaches, harbor, relaxed cycling on our beautiful island of Schouwen-Duiveland. 15 minutes by car or hour by bike from the North Sea beach. Picturesque towns such as Brouwershaven and Zierikzee nearby.

General:
- The prices include a bed made and final cleaning.
- The minimum age to book is 30 years, which can be deviated from in consultation by email. - Perfect for 2 people, but as 1 person just as special.
- Wheelchair accessibility is very limited, children and pets are not allowed.
- Fresh herbs for tea, ask for the possibilities.
- The reservation of the booking will be scheduled as soon as the deposit and final payment have been paid.
- Energy costs are settled in line with market consumption after stay (see info mail)

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

General:

- All emphasis is on PEACE & SPACE, with panoramic view of the setting sun, read attachment to booking email.
- The basic price is for 1 person and is € 125.00 per night per outdoor room. A 2nd person costs
€ 25.00 per night extra. A maximum of 2 people can be accommodated in an outdoor room.
- The minimum age to book is 30 years, which can be deviated from in consultation by email.
- Highly recommended as a 2 person , but certainly also perfect for 1 person.
- Bed linen is included in the price as well as the cleaning facilities after departure.
- Wheelchair accessibility is very limited, children and pets are not allowed.
- Fresh herbs for tea. Ask about the possibilities.
- The reservation of the booking will be scheduled as soon as the deposit and final payment have been paid.

Cancellation Policy:
A cancellation must always be made in writing, by e-mail. The following rules apply:
- In case of cancellation up to 56 days before the day of arrival, 30% of the rent will be charged.
- If cancelled up to 28 days before the day of arrival, 60% of the rent will be charged.
- In case of cancellation from the 28th day (inclusive) to the day of arrival, 100% of the rent is due.
