Villapark de Oesterbaai is a child-friendly park, there is only traffic from holiday guests in the park.
The park is located directly on the Oosterschelde National Park.
The park has two playgrounds, a Jeu de Boules court, table tennis and a football arena.
Within walking distance you will find several shops in Wemeldinge, including a supermarket, bakery and a butcher.

In total there are five bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single box-spring beds.
On the first floor there is one bedroom with two single box-spring beds, a bedroom with three single box-spring beds and a bedroom with a bunk bed.
On the ground floor there is a separate toilet and a bathroom with bath and sink.
On the first floor there is a bathroom with shower, sink, second toilet and a traditional sauna with an electric heater. In addition, there is a storage room with washing machine in the house.
The house has a spacious garden with terrace, garden furniture and a veranda. There is room for one car at the house.
Pets are allowed (for a fee). Smoke-free home!
