No, not only located by the sea, but by the sea. Due to its location on the longest Boulevard in the Netherlands and the fact that both the seawater line and the fairway are nowhere in the Netherlands so close to the coast, it seems as if you are on a ship yourself.

Through the front door and hall, which are exclusive to the studio, you enter the studio. The studio is cozy and comfortably furnished, spacious living/bedroom (18 m2) with double bed and a sofa bed (2 persons). All windows have been renewed (large turn/tilt windows) and can be opened completely, so that you can also enjoy the sun in the living room (south side) while admiring the passing ships! There is a spacious (separate room) kitchen (10 m2) with dining table. The (large) kitchen, which belongs to the studio only, is equipped with all appliances, including refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave and dining table with 4 chairs. The bathroom, which belongs to the studio only, has a neat shower, separate toilet and sink. The living room is of course equipped with central heating, but also has an attractive gas fireplace.
Right in front of the window of the studio you can enjoy the sun (hardwood sofa (with cushions) and table, belong exclusively to the studio).
The beach, the sea, the shopping center and the historic center are all within walking distance (at most a few minutes' walk). The area offers plenty of options for all ages.
You will stay in an accommodation that is located directly on the sea (boulevard). The boulevard is over 2.5 kilometers long with many restaurants, beautiful (hanging) terraces, quiet, extensive beaches, but also busier beaches with beach restaurants, beach guards, rental chairs. From the boulevard to Zoutelande and further towards Westkapelle and Domburg there are many kilometers of stretched (quiet and busier) beaches. It's also great to take a nice walk on the beach with your feet in the water.
The beaches of Vlissingen are (unique for the Netherlands, many beaches are west or north facing) located on the south and sun-oriented, so that in addition to enjoying the sun, you can also admire the passing ships (close to the coast).
The accommodation is located 50 meters from the Bellamypark (square with many restaurants and cafes). The center of the city is within easy walking distance (directly behind the Bellamypark).
There are also plenty of activities for children. In addition to beach visits, there are playgrounds, reptile zoo, museums and a large cinema/theater with 9 screens in the immediate vicinity (everything within walking distance).
