Due to its location on the longest boulevard in the Netherlands and the fact that both the seawater line and the shipping channel are nowhere so close to the coast in the Netherlands, it feels like you are on a ship yourself. That feeling already starts on the ground floor (Boulevard is located higher at approximately 10 meters above sea level) but is further enhanced on the upper floors. The living room is consciously located on the first floor and you can enjoy a panoramic and frontal sea view, even from the open kitchen.
The large seagoing vessels pass you by as if you encountered them at sea with your own boat. Every day the combination of the sea, sky and clouds is a play of colors, culminating in the setting sun. How about waking up with a view of the sea and the sound of the waves? On top of the 5-storey building is a sunny (south-facing) roof terrace (with a secure high glass fence) of 40 square meters with ample seating for sunbathing and/or enjoying the sea view (from a great height).
The house contains 3 bathrooms, 2 full kitchens and 2 living areas. The ground floor (boulevard level) can be used as a full-fledged residential unit, for example by elderly guests, and can be closed off from the rest of the building. In addition to the house itself (the house is an experience in itself), there is also a lot to do in the area, the beach, the sea, the shopping center and the historic center are all within walking distance (at most a few minutes' walk). The area offers plenty of options for all ages.
