Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Explanation of prices & cancellation conditions

We rent for a minimum of 5 nights in high season, we are flexible about the changeover days, namely every day of the week! The check-out is no later than 10.00 am and the check-in from 3.00 pm.

The holiday villa is available for rent all year round unless we want to enjoy it ourselves. In the popular holiday weeks, the weekly rates are a bit higher than normal.

We charge cleaning costs because we want the house to be delivered clean at all times. The costs of this are € 80.00 and will be charged to the tenants. The deposit is € 200.00 and will be returned within 5 days after the booked period if everything is neatly delivered.

Cancellation policy

- Cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival

  25% of the total rent will be charged.

- Cancellation between 4 and 2 weeks before arrival

  50% of the total rent will be charged.

- Cancellation between 2 and 1 week before arrival

  75% of the total rent will be charged.

- Cancellation within 1 week before arrival or in case of no-show

  100% of the total rent will be charged.

- In case of early departure

  No refunds will be made.

> Cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail. The date of receipt counts as the cancellation date.
