All our houses have been completely renovated so that our guests can enjoy carefree and in luxury. So feel welcome!

The house is located at Noordzee Residence de Banjaard. There is a restaurant, shop and various other fun activities and facilities at the park. Use of the swimming pool is (due to changed regulations) not included in the rent.

Your holiday home should feel like your “home in Zeeland”. Beautiful design furniture from Hay, Muuto and Koozo gives the houses that nice atmosphere. The box-spring beds and linen of five star hotel quality give you the sleeping comfort so that you can rest well. All our houses have been renovated so that our guests can stay in luxury.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation up to 90 days before arrival: 15% of the total amount of the booking.
Cancellation from 90 days to 28 days before check-in: tenant owes a 30% deposit.
Cancellation from 28 days to 14 days before check-in: tenant owes 50%.
Cancellation from 14 days before arrival: tenant owes 100% of the total amount.
In case of no show or early departure: tenant owes the full rental amount.
In the event of cancellation on our part, any monies already paid will be refunded.
