A 10-minute walk from the Zeeland beach and the sea lazydays.nl, you can enjoy a wonderful stay in the cozy holiday home at Oosterscheldelaan 31 on the North Sea Résidence De Banjaard in Kamperland.
About the area
The Banjaard beach has now been voted 'cleanest beach in the Netherlands' several times. Due to the perfect location of the park between the North Sea and the Veerse Meer, the nice authentic Zeeland towns such as Veere, Domburg, Middelburg, Vlissingen, Zierikzee and Goes are less than 20 minutes by car. But a bike ride to Domburg on the beautiful cycle path through the dunes is also possible, don't forget to bring your camera. The Banjaard also has many water sports facilities, including top beaches for windsurfers and kiters. In Domburg there is a golf course in the dunes. At the park there are plenty of opportunities for the little ones to do fun things. For the quick purchase of food and goods, there is a shop on the Banjaard. In the town of Kamperland there are numerous shops and restaurants.
What does the house have to offer?
The house has one bedroom with a double bed, and one bedroom with 2x single bed. With some improvisation, another sleeping place can be set up downstairs in the living room through the sofa bed. This allows you to sleep here with 5 people. The dog is allowed and there is parking for 2 cars in front of the house. The house also offers you all the comforts of a normal house. In the hall are the toilet, the stairs to the top, storage space and the coat rack. The kitchen is modern with a coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, oven, large fridge with 3 freezer drawers, plates, cutlery, etc. The utility room includes the vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies and the washing machine and dryer. The room has a flat screen TV, dining area and sitting area with patio doors to the terrace for a delicious breakfast in the morning sun. On the upper floor are 2 bedrooms, a new bathroom (2023) and a sauna. In 1 of the bedrooms there is an ironing board with an iron. In the garden you will find a mobile BBQ and a lovely sitting area. Bicycles can be rented at the bike rental at the park.
What do you bring yourself?
Oosterscheldelaan 31 is a lovely semi-detached holiday home with a sheltered spacious garden with lots of privacy and a personal interior. The 2 double beds have 2 single duvets and pillows. You bring your own sheets and fitted sheets for duvets, towels, beach towels, etc.
Other things to note
In the months of July and August, the house is only rented per week, from Friday to Friday. This is to give all our guests the opportunity to enjoy a full and pleasant week's holiday in the holiday home.
