Downstairs you will find the kitchen and living room which are fully equipped. On the first floor are the three bedrooms and a modern spacious bathroom with a toilet, bath and separate shower.
The spacious garden (fully fenced), located on the west, has a large terrace with a large electrically operated awning, which can be used in good weather. The charcoal barbecue is ready for you.
Outside the house there is private parking for two cars with its own charging station for electric cars.
Use of the swimming pool is (due to changed park regulations) not included in the rent.
