Mobile home "De Tureluur", number 7158, for rent on a beautiful, spacious, very quiet place with plenty of privacy, fenced, on the outside of the Camping de Duinhoeve. 

Caravan with 1 bedroom (with children's/camping bed) and spacious bathroom. In living room possibility of extra bed of 1.40 x 2.00 m. Allowed for dogs, no cats. The caravan may only be rented out for 4 weeks a year. Weeks for rental: from Saturday 9 May to Saturday 23 May and Saturday 13 June to Saturday 11 July 2026. Minimum stay of 7 days. Arrival days on Saturday.

You can set up a small tent on the lawn for possibly. young children. Small pop-up tent with double inflatable mattress is located in the shed.

Layout: Caravan size 38 m2. Plot 250 m2. The property is fenced.

Outside: Garden: fenced, large new terrace with large lounge set and dining table with 6 chairs, BBQ brand Weber, many comfortable terrace chairs and 2 parasols, outside sockets at dining table and entrance caravan, outside light, shed, outdoor tap with garden hose, lawn, tree, plants and flowers.

Attention for: in the coming winter months 2025/2026, the caravan will be renewed on the inside. The 'older' benches will be removed, a 2-pers. sofa bed and comfortable chairs are set up, as well as a round dining table with 4 dining chairs. The carpet will be removed and a nice design vinyl/tarpaulin applied throughout the caravan. In short, a fresh and modern look. New photos will then be shown.

Barn: Combi microwave, large, 38 liters (oven, grill, microwave), 2 bicycles (ladies and gentlemen's bicycle), 2 sun loungers/beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, beach windscreen, coal/wood and firelighters for BBQ, drying rack, badminton rackets, ping pong bats, pop-up tent for 2 people with large 2 person air mattress, pump for bicycles and air mattress, first aid kit, all kinds of tools.

Children's equipment: 2 old children's bicycles (for age about 4-6 years and 7-9 years), wagon, high chair, children's pool, landing nets for the beach, children's tennis rackets, buckets and shovels.

Inside: Living room: sofas, dining table, cable TV, own Wifi internet connection, windows with blinds, gas heater, mirror.

Possibility of an extra bed of 1.40 x 2.00 m. Explanation if necessary. In cabinets all kinds of games, playing cards etc.

Kitchen: 4 burner gas hob, fridge with small freezer, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, sandwich maker, grill plate for outdoor dining, among other things. Sufficient crockery and cutlery, pans etc. Vacuum cleaner. Pantry with usual items and cleaning supplies.

Bedroom: bed 1.40 m x 2.00 m, children's camping bed 60 x 120 cm with mattress and sheet, bedside table, wardrobes for clothes, mirror.

Bathroom: spacious shower cubicle, sink, hair dryer, mirror, toilet.

Prices and additional costs: price per week € 1150,-- for max. 4 persons with possibly. baby/child up to 4 years old. Max. 4 persons (+ possibly baby up to 4 years in cot).
