The holiday bungalow "Muschel" with large garden is located in the sunniest part of the Netherlands.

The house has 3 bedrooms with duvets (135x200cm) and pillows. The ground floor bedroom has 2 single beds, one upstairs bedroom has a double bed and a cot with railing, and the other has 2 single beds.

There is an extra toilet on the ground floor and the bathroom on the upper floor has a bath, toilet and sink.

The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and gas stove, as well as crockery, pans and cutlery for 6 people, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, small oven and an electric table grill, so cooking for yourself is easily possible.

The living and dining area offer seating for 6 people, a high chair, a TV with cable connection and a stereo system for entertainment.

Garden furniture is available for the terrace. The garden is fenced and is also suitable for a holiday with a dog.

There is also an internet connection with WiFi and a washing machine.

Hello and nice that you have come across our houses. We have been traveling to West Zeeuws-Vlaanderen in the Netherlands for over 40 years. We have bought one or two houses here over the years and offered them for rent. We are already on the road with the 2nd and 3rd generation. We love to relax on the beach. Feel at home with us.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

Tourist tax is charged for each person per night.

For each dog, 25€ must be added for final cleaning.

Final cleaning are 90€
