This luxurious accommodation is the ultimate for the spoiled peace seeker. The location is at Recreatiepark De Lucht in Renswoude, located in the Utrechts/Gelderse Vallei. There are various options in the area to make an afternoon or day out of it. This for both young and old. The area offers excellent cycling opportunities. There are also various options on location. Including a swimming pool, playground with semi-fitness equipment and not forgetting the fishing pond.

A culinary treat for one or more days is possible. After ordering, De Gasterij will deliver it to your stay. A breakfast and/or newspaper service is also possible.
Our accommodation is only available for recreational rental. Unfortunately not for posted employees.

We had a very nice week and the weather cooperated well. It is a beautiful and complete chalet with a modern look. The beds are of good quality. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is in stock. The bathroom is very comfortable and very neat. Outside you can sit on the terrace with the beautiful garden set.

We are Ben and Louise. Proud parents of 5 children and a grandchild. We live in Scherpenzeel. In 2021 we focused on purchasing a chalet for rental. It soon became apparent that this was not easy. At least not if you want to have above-average quality available to your future guests. By chance we came into contact with Willem. An experienced expert in the field of recreation and rental. That's how we came up with this beautiful concept.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Our accommodation is exclusively intended for recreational rentals.
We do not offer housing for a shorter or longer period of time to blue-collar workers.

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
