Would you like to rent a cottage, chalet or mobile home near De Veluwe? Look no further! We would like to rent out our mobile home. We can't use it all year round, and it would be a shame if it is empty. This way we can cover part of our costs.
Where? The mobile home is located at Allurepark De Lucht, between Barneveld and Renswoude. So very centrally between the Veluwe, the Betuwe, the Utrechtse Heuvelrug and the Randstad! Beautiful cycling and walking area!
When? The caravan is rented from April to November. Rental period is a minimum of 4 nights.
What? The mobile home is no longer the latest, but you can stay in it and all the facilities work properly. It is connected to gas, water, electricity, sewer and internet. The layout and equipment: living area with two sofas, small dining table, TV, and internet via private WiFi connection. Kitchen with 4-burner gas stove, small fridge with freezer, Nespresso machine and kettle. Shower, sink and toilet. There are two bedrooms, both with double beds. There are two (1-person) duvets and one 2-person duvet. Please bring your own covers, pillowcases and sheets! The garden is large, completely fenced and sun all day! But also shade if desired. There is a large party tent with a large dining table. And an extra parasol. And a rotary dryer (washing can be done in the general area).
Park facilities? Swimming pool! Tennis court. Pitch. Lots of playground equipment! Shop and Restaurant/Cafeteria/snack bar. Discovery forest for children. More information can be found at park De Lucht in Renswoude.
Price? Standard €375 per week, but in July and August €550 per week (see calendar for exact prices). And €50 per extra night (if available). If you want to rent the house for several weeks, we offer you a 10 to 20% discount. We do not charge cleaning costs, no tourist tax, no deposit, not even costs for the use of gas, electricity and water. The deposit is 20% upon reservation and the rest 2 weeks before arrival. We ask you to leave the caravan neat and clean and to use all your belongings sparingly. That's nice for the next tenants (and for us)!
For whom? We think the caravan is very suitable for an elderly couple (like us). Or for (a) parent(s) with a (primary school) child. Possibly with a baby or toddler. It is a quiet park with many walking and cycling opportunities. And there are many facilities, also for (small) children. The caravan and the park are less/not suitable for young people (groups) and older children.
Please note: The park is car-free! You can rent a barrier pass for (one-time) €17.50 and thus drive in and out to a limited extent. You can park near the caravan or outside the park in the visitors' car park. The barrier is closed at night. And always drive at walking pace because of the children playing!
Remainder Zeumeren recreational lake is a 10-minute drive away. Lovely clean swimming water with a beautiful sandy beach and a very large sunbathing area with many trees for shade. There are toilets and an outdoor shower. Also plenty of points where you can buy coffee, fries, ice cream and snacks. Admission is free. Parking costs €2-€6 only. Near the sunbathing area you can park under the trees so you don't have to carry all your stuff far! See photos!
In Scherpenzeel there is a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with three pools and a slide. In Barneveld you can enjoy shopping and there are good restaurants and nice terraces (tip: De Hebberd).
Tip: for the best ice cream you have to go to Puro in Ede!
