Our chalet is located in the Duinen van Texel National Park on the southern, quiet part of the island at Camping Loodsmansduin near the village of Den Hoorn. Our chalet is located approximately 10 minutes from the ferry.
Camping Loodsmansduin is fully equipped for young and old. There is a playground, football field, heated outdoor swimming pool (from May 16 to September 1), snack bar and a restaurant with terrace.
Nature reserves (De Bollekamer, Mokbaai and De Hors) are within walking/cycling distance of the chalet. The beach and the North Sea are approximately 2,500 meters away (Paal 9) and the Dennen forest area is approximately 1,500 meters from the chalet.
The rental of our chalet includes free use of 2 electric bicycles with which you can make wonderful bike rides across the island.
Layout;
The chalet has a spacious living room with open kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a storage room. The living room has a dining area, ample seating on the couch, a smart TV and free WiFi to complete the picture. The kitchen is equipped with a combination oven/microwave, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine (also a filter coffee machine).
Bedroom 1:
The large bedroom has a double box spring (160x200) and a spacious built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2:
The second bedroom has a double bed (140x200) and a loft bed (80x200).
Bathroom:
The bathroom has a shower/bath, sink and toilet.
Salvage:
There are two free-to-use electric bicycles in the storage room.
You can enjoy the peace and quiet on the terrace.
The chalet is non-smoking! Pets are not allowed.
