STUDIOS nr 2 and 3 (medium): 35 m. Luxury double bed, TV, kitchenette and private toilet and bathroom. Rent per month € 1,350.00 including electricity, water, internet and parking space.
STUDIO nr 4 (medium): 28 m. French bed, TV, kitchenette, private toilet and luxurious bathroom with bath. Rent per month € 995.00 including electricity, water, internet and parking space.
TWO 3-ROOM APARTMENTS (nrs 5 and 6; large). Two fully furnished apartments on the 2nd floor of a newly built villa (approx. 60). The apartment has 2 bedrooms or the possibility of 1 bedroom with an office. Near the apartment are metro stations, bus lines and highways. You are within 10 minutes in the center of Rotterdam. You can park for free in front of the door.
