The living room can serve as an extra bedroom, mattress and linen provided (for stay 2 persons, surcharge 30 Euro per stay). Balcony available.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The basic price is based on 2 people. The surcharge for extra persons is € 55.00 per person per night.

With an occupancy of two people, one bedroom will not be usable. This bedroom can be prepared for an extra charge of € 30.00 per night.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation up to 30 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 30 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) to 7 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) to 1 day (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 1 day / within 24 hours (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
