Nice holiday home on the beach

This charming holiday home is located in a nice quiet location with lots of greenery. It has recently been comfortably renovated and fully insulated. So it is also pleasant to stay here on colder days. An ideal place to relax within walking distance of the beach, forest, the vast dunes and the village.

It is bright and tastefully decorated with modern and vintage furniture. The cozy L-shaped living room has a sloping ceiling which provides extra atmosphere.
The house is fully equipped such as WiFi, internet, HD TV, magazines, books, games and some toys for the little ones.

The kitchen is complete and equipped with a large kitchen inventory. You cook on gas and there is a combi microwave oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo, coffee capsule machine, kettle and a milk frother.

With 3 bedrooms on the ground floor a stay for up to 6 people. Two bedrooms have electrically adjustable beds. The third bedroom has a bunk bed. A camping bed is also available. Pillows and single duvets are available in all bedrooms.
You provide your own duvet covers, (cover) sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels and dishcloths.

The fenced child-friendly garden offers a lot of privacy. The garden has two terraces, various garden furniture and a nice playground with swing for children up to seven years old. In the barn you will find a beautiful BBQ, high chair, 3 women's bicycles and a men's bicycle.

The house is located in a small quiet park without facilities, hidden in the green. The cozy center of Ouddorp is 700 meters away, the extensive beach about 2000 meters.

Directly at the entrance of the park you will find cycling and walking routes. There are also many trips possible, such as to the seal sanctuary, the Brouwersdam, the Grevelingenmeer with its many surfing opportunities. There is a large playground (the Flipjes) within walking distance.

Lovers of peace and quiet and the coast will find everything they are looking for here. 

The house is not rented to young people.

The park rules are: between 23:00 and 8:00 it must be really quiet.
