Holiday home De Boomgaard (4 - 16 persons)
Enjoy together, with enough privacy
De Boomgaard is a unique and spacious accommodation for groups of up to 16 people. What makes this stay extra nice is that it actually consists of two adjacent holiday homes. This means that you can look for the fun of the whole group, but you can also retreat in peace when you feel the need. The accommodation is fully equipped and wonderfully comfortably furnished.
What does De Boomgaard look like on the inside?
- Cozy get-together: The cozy living room is the place to relax together. Sit down in front of the large flat-screen TV or play a game. Is the sun shining? Then you can open the patio doors to the spacious private terrace.
- Extensive cooking: The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and filter coffee maker. Ideal for cooking for a large group (or let us take care of the meals via our catering service, that's also possible!).
- Sleep well: There are a total of 8 comfortable double rooms, all equipped with luxurious box-spring beds for a good night's sleep. Extra nice: 4 of these bedrooms have their own sink.
- Fresh and modern sanitary facilities: Upstairs you will find two spacious bathrooms, both with a lovely walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Downstairs there are two additional, separate toilets.
- Useful extras: In the separate storage room there is a washing machine and dryer. Always handy to freshen up a towel or outfit in between!
The outdoors on and around the estate
Around De Boomgaard is a private garden with a spacious terrace, complete with garden furniture and a parasol. But don't forget to discover the rest of our estate either! We are located right on the edge of the Haagse Bos (no less than 800 hectares in size), so you can walk or cycle straight into the nature of Twente.
Do you prefer to stay on the estate? There is plenty to do for young and old:
- A great climbing course with stepping stones.
- Outdoor playground with a large air trampoline.
- An indoor games area with air hockey, pool and table tennis.
- For the youngest guests, there are free scooters, go-karts and bicycles ready to explore the yard.
Good to know: De Boomgaard is a smoke and pet-free holiday home. To keep the peace and quiet on our family estate, we do not rent to youth groups or noisy groups. Are you coming with an electric car? We have a convenient charging point in the central parking lot.
