The cottage is located in the front part of a farmhouse, with its own entrance and outdoor terrace.

The ruralhut was renovated in 2019/2020 and completely modernized according to current wishes. Think of: (induction hob, solar panels, underfloor heating and thermopane windows). The cottage has 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Downstairs 1x1p. bed and 1x2 p. bed. The bathroom is also on the ground floor. On the top floor we have 2x2 p. bed.

The cottage is located just on the edge of the village, but completely unobstructed with a view of the meadow and the edge of the forest. It is located near the Springendal and Bergvennen nature reserves. Tourist attractions such as Ootmarsum, De Lutte, Vasse, Oldenzaal and Nordhorn (Dl.) are within cycling distance and have beautiful areas such as the Tankenberg, the green border and the Singraven estate.

In consultation you can also check in or check out on other days instead of Monday and Friday.

't Veurhuus–Ootmarsum Terms and conditionsWelcome! Before you have a fantastic time in this beautiful nature house and can enjoy nature, we would like to draw your attention to the following points;

We agree, and you hereby declare, that you will personally move into the nature house. You also declare that you will live in the house and the grounds around it in a neat and correct manner and that no nuisance will be caused during the stay. In the unlikely event that you cause damage to the site/house or if there is negligent use, the costs can be recovered from you by the landlord.
The nature house is rented furnished and is equipped with sufficient kitchen utensils, crockery, glassware, blankets and pillows for the whole group. Upon arrival, all devices are in operation. If this is not the case, inform the landlord as soon as possible. They will then try to solve the problem as soon as possible. As a guest, you are also obliged to warn the landlord of the nature house within 24 hours of arrival in the event of damage in the building and the outbuildings or associated buildings.
Of course we assume that you will have a carefree stay, but in the unlikely event that something does happen, it is important that you as a guest are insured against the Civil Liability associated with the rental of a nature house (fire and water damage). If you are not insured against third-party liability, you can be held personally liable for these damage costs and for the interest on these costs. This is mandatory.
It is also important to know that as a guest you may never refuse the host or his/her representative access to the nature house if requested. Smoking is not allowed in this nature house. No parties and events are allowed in these holiday homes. Pets are not allowed in these holiday homes.
