In Cabin Nykøll we have created a light, fresh and modern look. The elements of the forest and the environment were used to create a comfortable feeling.

You enter a spacious hall after which you walk straight through to a modern spacious kitchen where the Nespresso coffee is waiting for you. From the kitchen you have a view of the sitting area where you can stream your favorite series with the Smart TV.

When you get out of your pre-made bed well-rested, you can immediately sit down at the spacious dining table for a nice breakfast, for example. Once freshly showered, you come out from under the rain shower from where you can walk straight into the forest from your Cabin. After the outdoor walk, you can step straight into your own sauna for some relaxation.

Did you know that you can also take an outdoor shower from the sauna? This gives an ultimate wellness feeling. Snuggle up tired but satisfied in the comfortable double beds and enjoy a wonderful night's sleep.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge

Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price

Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant is not allowed to rent until the start date or during the rental period,
that it will not make any use of the leased property (anymore), remains
he owes the full rent.
