Cottage Veronica
The chalet has a spacious living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet, spacious veranda and a sunny front garden with trampoline for the children.

The kitchen
The chalet  has an extensive kitchen inventory such as;
. a combination microwave, hand blender, toaster, sandwich maker, pan set, frying pans
. Nespresso machine, milk frother and thermos for tea
. Glass Coffee Pot (French Press Cafetiere). 

Bring your own: tea towels and towels for kitchen and bathroom.

The bedrooms
. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200)
. There are 2 bedrooms with bunk beds
. All bedrooms are equipped with mattresses, pillows and a single duvet
. All bedrooms are blinded, so nice and dark in the morning. Bring your own: mattress covers, single duvet covers and pillowcases
. You can also rent a single linen package at the reception. A package costs 9.50 euros and includes
  1 pillowcase and a single duvet cover

.  Recreation pond and heated swimming pool 
   There is a pond where you can swim, paddle and fish
   Here is a beach and sunbathing area.
   There is also a heated swimming pool where the roof can be opened during hot days.

.  Bicycles and go-karts
   At the chalet there are go-karts and bicycles which can be used by the tenant.

Smoking and pets are not allowed
In case of cancellation, we use the terms and conditions of RECRON

Before the day of arrival, we will explain everything about the location (chalet 108) and the facilities at the park


Wi-Fi: The Krieghuusbelten  park has a well-covered Wi-Fi network.
At the reception they sell access codes
Gas bottles: Please note! The gas bottles on the side of the chalet are closed when you arrive. Open it to turn on the geyser (immediately to the left after the main entrance behind the coat rack). We would appreciate it very much if you would close the gas bottles again after your stay.

There are always two gas cylinders with an automatic gas pressure regulator connected. This means that when the gas bottle is empty, it automatically switches to the full one. If it is necessary, you can use the
reception the empty can be exchanged for a full one, this on account of course
A pipe wrench to disconnect the hose is located near the gas bottles to the right of the chalet.

Park:
A maximum of 1 car is allowed. A second car can be parked outside the park

Cleaning and tidying
We ask you to leave the chalet broom clean after the rental period. That means emptying the fridge and cleaning. The dishes must be done. No leftover food, bottles, cans should be left behind. Waste must be disposed of in the designated waste container at the park.
Registered. Please shake up duvets and pillows and put them together in an orderly manner. It
Return any rented bed linen to the reception. Garden furniture must be returned to the place where you found it on arrival. You must leave the barbecue tidy. If the holiday home is not
is left in neat condition, we are entitled to charge an additional 50 euros.

Area information
Raalte is a pleasant village with many shops, restaurants and terraces. Every Wednesday there is a market with nice products. In July and August, the market is supplemented by the Sallandse bottermarkt. This is a folkloric market with old peasant crafts and in authentic costumes. There is also the Sallandse Heuvelrug, a beautiful area for a quiet walking route or intensive mountain bike route, something for everyone! The center of Zwolle is 15 minutes away by car. There is plenty to do in the area for a day trip.

We trust that the chalet will be left clean . Is there any damage? Can happen! Together we look at possible solutions.
