When cancelling a RECRON booking, fixed cancellation costs apply: the shorter before arrival, the higher the costs (up to 100% on the day itself). You pay 15% (up to 3 months before arrival) to 90% (within 1 month) of the travel sum. Carrying a replacement guest can reduce the costs, in consultation with the reception

Cancellation fees according to RECRON conditions:

More than 3 months: 15% of the agreed price.

3 to 2 months: 50% of the agreed price.

2 to 1 month: 75% of the agreed price.

Within 1 month: 90% of the agreed price.

On the day of arrival: 100% of the agreed price, this also applies to no-show bookings.

Cleaning Fee (€ 60.00)

Linen (€ 11.25 per person/package)

Tourist tax (€ 1.10 per person per night)

Environmental tax (€ 1.00 per person per night)

Reservation fee (€ 18.50 per reservation)

Security deposit (€ 100.00 per accommodation)

* Gas, water and electricity consumption is included in the rent. Charging electric cars is not permitted at the property.
