We are Patrick and Patricia.
Together we have 4 children between the ages of 15 and 20 years.

Since they don't always want to go to the campsite anymore, we would like other families to enjoy this nice child-friendly campsite in our very luxurious chalet.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices do not include a deposit of 100 euros and mandatory final cleaning costs of 75 euros.
Deposit will be refunded within one week of departure.

Cancellation Policy:

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this . A telephone communication
This must always be confirmed in writing or by email to landlord. 
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent ;
in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and
from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%. 
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
