Together we have 4 children between the ages of 15 and 20 years.

Since they don't always want to go to the campsite anymore, we would like other families to enjoy this nice child-friendly campsite in our very luxurious chalet.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices do not include a deposit of 100 euros and a mandatory final cleaning fee of 75 euros.
Deposit will be refunded within one week of departure.

Cancellation policy:

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable or unwilling to accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must inform the landlord immediately . A telephone announcement
This must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the landlord. 
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rent ;
in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and
from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 50%. 
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
