Our holiday home Klein Salland is centrally located in a beautiful rural area in a small-scale, green park (without facilities) and is a wonderful place to rest, walk, cycle, but also enjoy the beautiful (inner) towns in the area. such as Deventer, Hattum and Zutphen.
The house is located on a very spacious plot with a garden all around. We also have a spacious terrace where you can sit in the sun or in the shade and enjoy all the birds and squirrels. On the ground floor, the house has a living room with a well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with a cupboard (hanging and cupboards), so if you don't want to climb the stairs, you don't have to! You will also find the bathroom downstairs with a walk-in shower and toilet.
Outside you will find the storage room containing 1 bicycle, cushions for the outdoor chairs, a parasol, washing machine and drying rack.
On the 1st floor you will find a spacious double bedroom where a cot can be placed if desired (possibly available, but you will have to assemble it yourself). There is also 1 highchair available.
On this floor you will find the 2nd (children's) bedroom where the beds are each on one side. The 2nd toilet is also on the floor.
