Haarle 113 (Hellendoorn)

NEW HOUSE WITH AIR CONDITIONING:
This beautiful modern 4-person holiday home with an enclosed garden is located in a small-scale holiday park without facilities, in Haarle, municipality of Hellendoorn, where you can enjoy the house and the surroundings in peace.

The house is fully equipped. This is a gas-free house with air conditioning. There is a living room with TV and an open kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob and combination microwave. The house also has two bedrooms, both with two single beds, and a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The house has a storage room where you can store your bicycles. Unfortunately, WiFi is not available at the moment (probably at the end of the year). There are two parking spaces on the plot. The garden is completely fenced.

The park is currently being constructed. This house is one of the first group of homes to be completed. Several more homes will be installed in the near future, so you may experience some construction inconvenience in the park.

The village of Haarle is a few kilometers away, where there is a local supermarket. It is also possible to rent bicycles there.
The house is a perfect base for walking or cycling trips. You can walk or cycle from the house directly into the Sallandse Heuvelrug National Park with its characteristic hills such as the Holterberg, Hellendoornse Berg, Haarlerberg and Koningsbelt. For families with children, there is something to do for all ages. Hellendoorn Adventure Park is highly recommended, as is De Flierefluiter Playground. You can also visit the nice places in the area, such as Nijverdal and Raalte. Or the atmospheric old Hanseatic cities such as Zwolle and Deventer.

A maximum of two pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the house.
The house is intended for recreational purposes. Housing for employees/laborers is not permitted. (Youth) groups are also not welcome in the home. Charging the electric car at the house is not allowed.

It is not possible to rent bed, bath or kitchen linen. So you have to bring that yourself.
