Welcome to Villa Tess, an ideal holiday destination for families who want to enjoy peace and privacy. This spacious villa is located near the picturesque IJssel and offers plenty of comfort and relaxation.
Villa Tess has 6 comfortable bedrooms. On the ground floor you will find a double bedroom, a bathroom and a toilet, which also makes the house suitable for guests who prefer not to use stairs. The villa has one luxurious bathroom, located on the ground floor, equipped with a bath, shower, double sink and a toilet. In addition, there is also the separate toilet. The other bedrooms are on the first floor, ideal for a larger group. The living room features a TV with access to Netflix, so you always have entertainment at hand.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a pleasant stay, such as an induction hob, an oven, a microwave and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Outside you will find a spacious garden with unobstructed views and a large play area for the little ones, perfect for letting them play while you relax
Villa Tess is the perfect base for all kinds of activities. Explore the historic and cozy Deventer with its shops and sights, discover the Apenheul or the Julianatoren for a day full of fun, or enjoy a quiet bike ride along the IJssel. For lovers of recreation, there is also the nearby recreational lake Bussloo, with various activities and relaxation options.
You have access to the entire villa, allowing you to fully enjoy your stay. Upon arrival at Villa Tess, you will find an information folder with important details, such as emergency numbers, WiFi access, instructions and tips for activities in the area.
Villa Tess is ideally suited for families. We would like to emphasize that the villa is not available for large groups of young people. If it turns out that such a group has booked during the key collection, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation on site without refund. If in doubt, please contact us in advance.
Upon arrival, you will receive a payment request for the city tax of €1.44 per person per night.
Please note: There is one co-sleeper and one baby cot in the villa.
In case of damage or extra cleaning costs, we can (partially) withhold a deposit; Specification will follow within 3 days after departure.
