For rent a wonderfully spacious chalet in nature. The forest within walking distance. The Weeribben, the Wieden and Steenwijk are a few kilometers away. The chalet is fully equipped.

Entrance into the spacious utility room with washing machine and oven. Spacious living room with large sofa and 4-person dining area and cozy pellet stove. The kitchen is equipped with all amenities, including a fridge/freezer, kettle, Senseo, coffee maker, microwave, pots and pans and plenty of cutlery. 2 bedrooms: 1st bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200 and 2 spacious wardrobes: 2nd bedroom with a single bed 90 x 200 and an underbed of the same size and large wardrobe. Very spacious bathroom with bathroom furniture and a separate toilet.

Outside there is a covered veranda with table and 2 lounge sofas. There is then room to park your car on the spot and a garden set with cushions is ready for you.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
