You can completely relax in my chalet/mobile home in a wonderfully quiet country estate in De Pol. The dog is allowed. Walk about 50 meters and you are in the forest!

The country estate is located in a forest and wetland area, so you can enjoy wonderful recreation here. It is located in Overijssel, close to Drenthe and Friesland. There is also a lot to do in the area in winter. Fishing, boating, walking or cycling. The surroundings are beautiful in every season. Within cycling distance of Weerribben-Wieden National Park.

Explanation of prices

Prices exclude cleaning costs (50 euros) and electricity bill. The chalet is heated with energy-efficient infrared panels. Electricity is measured and settled per stay. 1.40 euros per kWh.

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
