Lovely spacious and comfortable chalet on a generous plot of 250 m2. Located at the attractive (child-friendly) holiday park De Heigraaf in Woudenberg. Surrounded by the forests of the Utrecht Ridge, and near the beautiful Henschotermeer.

Chalet
A spacious -well insulated chalet of 48 m2 with stylish bay window, central heating, extensive kitchen and luxury bathroom. Generous light because of the many windows, which can be closed separately with roller blinds and curtains. The format is as follows:

Living room, open kitchen, bedroom 1, bedroom 2, bathroom and storage cupboard.

Garden and private land
The chalet stands on a large plot of 250 m2, with a large private driveway for the car. There is also a garden house to store your other holiday stuff. Here is also the washing machine, and the bikes that can be booked as an option.

There is a spacious garden around the chalet, with lawn. The raised terrace has an extra roller screen for even more privacy.

Holiday park De Heigraaf
Our chalet is located in the cozy and well-kept holiday park De Heigraaf. Between the woods and right by the lake, a location for people who like peace and space. At the park there is a lot to do for children: from playgrounds and play barn with air trampolines and table tennis tables to an animation team during the holidays to organize fun activities.

Of course there is a lovely restaurant and a shop for the forgotten message at the park. The English double-decker as a snack bar is a nice eye-catcher at the entrance of the park. Just completely gone ...

Exclusive
Park charges / tourist tax of € 3.60 per person, per night (from 3 years). To be paid on arrival.

Deposit of € 75.00. If you leave the accommodation in accordance with the agreements, the deposit will be refunded to your account within 7 days after your departure.

Check-in and check-out
Arrival from 14:30 and departure before 10:30.

Payment
After booking you will pay a deposit of 25% within 14 days. The remaining amount must be paid 8 weeks before
arrival. If you book within 8 weeks before arrival the entire invoice amount must be paid immediately.

- FINAL CLEANING: Bookable for € 35.00.
- TOWEL PACKAGE: 1 towel + 1 bath towel for € 3.50.
- KITCHEN PACKAGE: 2 tea towels + 2 towels for € 5.00.
- BED LINEN PACKAGE: 1 duvet cover + 1 fitted sheet + 1 pillowcase for € 7.50.
- BIKE RENTAL: 1 men's bike + 1 ladies bike for € 25.00 per week. 1 children's bike is free.
- CHILDREN'S CHAIR: € 7.50 per stay.
- CHILDREN'S BED: € 7.50 per stay.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation by the tenant must be done in writing or by e-mail. If the agreement is canceled, cancellation costs are due in addition to any booking costs that are due:

- Cancellation up to 56 days (8 wk) before the day of arrival 25% of the booking is calculated.
- Cancellation of 56 to 28 days (4 wk) before the day of arrival 50% of the travel sum is calculated.
- Cancellation from 28 days until the day of arrival is 100% calculated.

Het kasteel Amerongen waar ook keizer WilhelmII nog een tijdje gewoond heeft als gast van de kasteelheer, nadat hij Duitsland uitgezet was. Met de fiets prima te bereiken.

Take a boat trip through the canals of Utrecht. From the park you can reach Driebergen / Zeist station in 10 minutes. After 12 minutes by train you will be in the heart of Utrecht.
Visit the inner garden of the Dom with the Dom Church ... or just stroll through the ancient city center, where you can see the contours of what the church used to look like on the Dom Square. In 1610, a hurricane wiped out the central nave.

Also visit the ancient city of Amersfoort, by bike or by car ..... all nearby!
In Amersfoort you can take a tour through the city center with volunteer guides .... but then you will also see something. I would do it!
