Cozy and modern apartment in Velserbroek. Perfect for a couple or a family of 4. Our apartment is in a beautiful, green neighborhood. The beaches of IJmuiden, Zandvoort and Bloemendaal are very easy and quick to reach. Amsterdam is only 20 minutes by car and public transport and this has a perfect connection.

The apartment has 1 bedroom on the ground floor and on the 1st floor this contains a sleeping loft with a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped such as a quooker, combi oven/microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom is located on the ground floor where the toilet is also located. There is a TV in the living room and in the bedroom on the ground floor.
The apartment also has a lovely terrace with garden where you can enjoy your stay!

The apartment is 10 minutes away from IJmuiden and 20 minutes from Bloemendaal, Zandvoort and Amsterdam. All this is very well connected by public transport.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The prices include water, gas, electricity, tourist tax.
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone). Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent
