Cancellation:
If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
-In case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before arrival date, the cancellation fee is 30%.
-In case of cancellation up to 3 weeks before arrival date, the cancellation fee is 60%.
-In case of cancellation up to 1 week before arrival date 90%.
-Then 100%.
Gas and electricity costs:
Due to the very high energy costs, we are forced to charge the tenants an amount per person per day . This will be made clear with the total amount when booking.
