Layout holiday home
Escape the hustle and bustle and experience the ultimate holiday feeling in this charming villa, tucked away at the end of a car-free street and bordering vast meadows. Here your stay starts with peace, space and comfort. Step into the atmospheric, bright living room with a cozy sitting area, a crackling fireplace, TV and spacious dining table – the place for long evenings full of fun. The modern open kitchen is a delight for cooking enthusiasts and equipped with everything you need: an induction hob, Quooker, Nespresso machine, Smeg toaster, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. On the ground floor you will also find a stylish bathroom with a rain shower and toilet.
The sunny, green garden offers plenty of privacy - perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying a good glass of wine. In the storage room there is a washer-dryer combination and there is room for two bicycles.
Upstairs there are three comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. Ideal for families: one room is equipped with a changing table and cot. In addition, there is an additional, separate toilet on the first floor.

Sun in the dunes is only 6 kilometers from the beach and the sea, ideally located for anyone who wants to enjoy peace, space and nature. Get on your bike and feel the sand under your feet and the salty sea air in your hair in no time. The green, wide surroundings offer plenty of relaxation. The holiday park borders two charming lakes and is a stone's throw from the golf course of Dirkshorn (2 km). From the cozy holiday park in Sint Maarten you can leave for a beautiful bike ride through the North Holland landscape or a relaxing walk via one of the many walking routes.
Prefer a day out? The Zwanenwater nature reserve is only a 15-minute drive away. The lively cities of Schagen, Alkmaar and even Amsterdam are also within easy reach for a cultural or culinary trip. And for a real islander experience? From Den Helder you can easily reach Texel by ferry.
