Ferienhaus Baltus is 15 minutes away from the sea and beach! sleeping place for 6 adults and 1 baby, a beautiful bungalow in the De Wielen park in Sint Maarten. The only house in the park that is surrounded by greenery! a huge amount of privacy! Private parking at the house. Downstairs is the living room with fireplace and kitchen. In the storage room there is a washing machine/dryer/dishwasher and a small oven for baking your own delicious sandwiches. Renovated bathroom with toilet and shower.

The top floor consists of 3 bedrooms and a 2nd toilet. Bed linen provided! De Wielen park has a beautiful playground, fishing water and an outdoor swimming pool with a separate children's pool. Bicycles can be rented at the park! Admission is free. The Dirkshorn golf course is a few kilometers away! The pleasant town of Schagen is also nearby! and of course the beach, the dunes are 15 minutes away from the beautiful park De Wielen in Sint Maarten. Come and have a holiday in our beautiful bungalow!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The bungalow is then reserved for the period you wish. You must transfer 50% of the total costs to me within one week of the booking date. In total, there is an additional € 150.00 deposit and € 2.75 tourist tax per person per night and € 60.00 cleaning costs.
