What could be better than spending the night in a newly built holiday home in Sint Maarten in North Holland? The house is built sustainably. The park of which the house is part has an outdoor swimming pool, a playground, sports field and a jeu de boules court. It is a nicely decorated house and it is fully equipped for 6 people. The house is located in a quiet, green area and you are close to the beach and the sea.

Layout holiday home

On the ground floor are the beautiful living room with sitting area, TV and dining table, the modern and fully equipped kitchen, a storage room and a separate toilet. The first bedroom (with a double bed) and a bathroom with walk-in shower and sink are also located on the ground floor. Through the patio doors you can step onto the terrace and into the garden. On the first floor there are 2 more bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds) and a second bathroom with walk-in shower and a double sink. There is also a separate toilet on the first floor.

Environment

The holiday home is only 6 km from the beach and the sea, so you can cycle there in no time. The area is quiet, wide and green and the park is located against 2 small lakes. The golf course of Dirkshorn is 2 km away and Sint Maarten is an ideal starting point for a bike ride through North Holland. There are also several walking routes departing from Sint Maarten. The Zwanenwater nature reserve is a fifteen-minute drive away. The cities of Schagen, Alkmaar and Amsterdam can be discovered from here and from Den Helder you can take the boat for a day trip to the Wadden Island of Texel.

This house is only rented out as a recreational home.
