At this rural location, in the authentic village of Oudesluis, you will find our holiday home Zijpereiland 73 "Het Sluishuis".

The perfect location to discover what rural North Holland has to offer.

The house is privately located and is located in a quiet park in a watery area.

There is a freely accessible swimming pool in the park. 


The house is attractively and modernly furnished, you lack nothing, the house has a fireplace, dishwasher, barbeque, heated veranda and a beautiful terrace at the rear. Your own canoe is ready in the harbor.

We would like to receive you personally on the day of arrival, we will be there for information and tips.

The beds are also already made on arrival and there is bath and kitchen linen ready. In short, unburdening!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

  • In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge.
  • In case of cancellation from 90 to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30 % of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 42 to 28  days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 28 to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price.
  • If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make use of the leased property (anymore), the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
