Rental price per week is € 750, - including bed linen.
Kitchen linen provided, but towels must be brought by you
Cleaning costs € 70,-
Deposit  € 200,-


Parking is free at or in the vicinity of the house.

General. You can make a reservation by filling in the reservation form, which can be found under the tab: availability and contact. After receiving your reservation, you will receive a confirmation from us with the invoice for a deposit of 25% of the booking amount. You must transfer the amount to us within 5 days so that we can finalize your reservation. The remainder of the rent must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. For reservations within 6 weeks before the rental period, the total rent must be paid immediately after receipt of the confirmation and invoice.
Deposit
The deposit must be paid in advance with the rent. We assume that you leave the house as you found it on arrival. If it is found on departure that there is no damage or loss, the amount of the deposit will be transferred to you within 2 weeks. If the deposit is insufficient in the event of damage, the tenant must pay the additional amount.
Landlord's liability
The stay on our grounds is entirely at your own risk. We cannot accept any liability for damage or inconveniences that have occurred on our grounds. If it is necessary to carry out a repair, we reserve the right to enter the rented property and carry out the work.

Cancellation
In case of cancellations more than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, the deposit will be refunded after deduction of € 25.00 administration costs. In case of cancellation within 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, we cannot make a refund.
We advise you to take out a full travel and cancellation insurance.
