The holiday home is the ideal base for a beach or cycling holiday. The wide sandy beaches and beautiful dunes are truly fantastic, you can completely relax here. In short, nothing stands in the way of a great stay.

Take a nice walk on the beach which is within walking distance. Sunbathe in the summer and enjoy the delicious meals and drinks at the beach pavilion all year round. Did you know that Den Helder has the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands?

In case of cancellation from 59 to 30 days before arrival, you will owe 50% of the total amount.     
In case of cancellation from 29 to 10 days before arrival, you will owe 90% of the total amount.     
In case of cancellation from 9 to 0 days before arrival, you will owe 100% of the total amount.    
In case of a rebooking or cancellation, we will charge € 25.00 administration costs.
