Julianadorp aan Zee is part of the Municipality of Den Helder. The beaches here have been voted the cleanest beaches in North Holland and Den Helder has the most hours of sunshine per year in the Netherlands on average!
The house Westwind is located in the small and very well maintained holiday park "De Yperhof".
The terrace at the rear is very private and you can enjoy the sun here all day long.

The ground floor offers an airy, tasteful living/dining room – renovated in 2014 – with an open staircase leading upstairs. The house has a well-equipped kitchen and the bathroom was renewed at the beginning of 2015.
You are welcome to bring your pets! The garden is fully fenced.

You can take a nice walk on the beach and enjoy a nice drink and a meal at one of the beach pavilions.

Cancellation policy

  • If you cancel from 90 to 60 days before arrival, you will owe 25% of the total amount.
  • If you cancel 59 to 30 days before arrival, you will owe 50% of the total amount.
  • If you cancel from 29 to 10 days before arrival, you will owe 90% of the total amount.
  • In case of cancellation from 9 to 0 days before arrival, you will owe 100% of the total amount.
  • In case of a rebooking or cancellation, we will charge € 25.00 administration costs.
