Detached and attractive holiday home at holiday park Strandslag for max. 6 people, 3 bedrooms on the first floor, living room with leather furniture, fireplace, satellite TV, Blue-Ray player, 40" full HD flat screen, Wifi internet, radio, CD, 1 bathroom with shower, 2 sinks and toilet, separate guest toilet, separate kitchen with microwave, large sun terrace with windscreen, garden furniture and barbecue, parking spaces directly at the house. The property was completely fenced in the spring of 2016. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TV ONLY HAS GERMAN CHANNELS.

The cottage is located in a nice area, just off the beach.
Take a nice walk or sunbathe in the summer, combine it with a delicious meal and/or something tasty to drink at one of the beach pavilions. Enjoy the surroundings in Julianadorp aan Zee

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

We ask you to pay 20% (€373.00) within a week of booking. We ask you to transfer the other 80% (€1,492.00) at least 4 weeks in advance. You can transfer the amounts to account number NL97 RABO (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) attn. Vakantieburo Julianadorp.

If you cancel from 90 to 60 days before arrival, you will owe 25% of the total amount.
If you cancel 59 to 30 days before arrival, you will owe 50% of the total amount.
In case of cancellation from 29 to 10 days before arrival, you owe 90% of the total amount. In case of cancellation from 9 to 0 days before arrival, you owe 100% of the total amount. In case of a rebooking or cancellation, we charge € 25.00 administration costs.

The location - right along the dunes and the beach - makes the village very popular with holidaymakers. You can enjoy the beach, nature, the canoe route and so much more. Julianadorp aan Zee falls under the Municipality of Den Helder. The beaches have been declared the cleanest beaches in North Holland and Den Helder has the most hours of sunshine per year in the Netherlands on average !!!
