Are you looking for a spacious holiday home to enjoy a few days with your family or group of friends? Then De Keizerzwaluw is the home for you. De Keizerzwaluw is a holiday home with 4 bedrooms, a large garden and 2 bathrooms.
You can enjoy cooking in the open kitchen and it is fully equipped.
there is a dishwasher, combi microwave, mixer, kettle etc etc.
There are 3 rooms furnished with a double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds.
There is also the possibility to wash your clothes in the laundry room and there is a washing machine.
In the summer you can enjoy a barbeque or play with the children or dog in the spacious garden. Your four-legged friend is also very welcome.
In short, nothing stands in the way of a nice holiday.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

We ask you to pay 20% (€373.00) within a week of booking. We ask you to transfer the other 80% (€1,492.00) at least 4 weeks in advance. You can transfer the amounts to account number NL97 RABO (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) attn. Vakantieburo Julianadorp.
If you cancel from 90 to 60 days before arrival, you will owe 25% of the total amount.
If you cancel 59 to 30 days before arrival, you will owe 50% of the total amount.
If you cancel from 29 to 10 days before arrival, you will owe 90% of the total amount.
In case of cancellation from 9 to 0 days before arrival, you will owe 100% of the total amount.
In case of a rebooking or cancellation, we will charge € 25.00 administration costs.
